Are you feeling stressed working from home with no form of outlet to de-stress? We feel you and you are not alone in this!
Here are some tips to help you feel more relaxed during this Phase 2 Heightened Alert (P2HA):
1. Listen to music
Ahh.. the perfect accompaniment we need whether for studying, working or exercising! Music 🎶 comes in different genres and you can listen to your favourite tracks on Spotify to get you in the mood for different situations! Sometimes just lying down on your bed and playing your favourite tunes can help clear your mind too 😊 .
Tip: Customise your own playlist 🎵 for different activities and you can just leave it playing in the background!
2. Watch Netflix
Netflix is a streaming service with many movies 🎞 , documentaries, series of shows and more for you to binge-watch! It can be watched on your smartphone 📱 , laptop 💻 , smart TV and any other streaming device for a monthly subscription fee that ranges from $11.98 to $19.98 a month.
3. Cook a warm meal
Nothing beats having your favourite comfort food while snuggling up in the comfort of your own home!
Make yourself a bowl of instant ramen 🍜 , fry up some leftover rice 🍚 in your fridge or boil up some soup 🍲 to warm your soul 😋.
4. Video call your family and friends
We all miss our family and friends too 😢 but remember to stay in touch with them via video calls just to catch up and ask how they are doing. You are not alone in this and remember that they got your back ❤️ !
5. Ride an SG Bike
Need to run some errands or take a short breather? Unlock an SG Bike 🚲 near you and ride out to buy take-away food or get your groceries! You may also cycle at parks 🍃 (max 2 pax) after a stressful day to relax and unwind.
A message from us ✉️ :
